I recently purchased a home in the Los Altos Hills that needed some severe renovation; combining two rooms into one, installing a kitchen island, removing walls, raising ceilings, and changing the layout of two rooms. I needed to repaint the walls, change the tiles' counter colors, remove and replace the floor, and install new cabinets.
